Right to Refuse Service
VIBE Day Spa & Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Our Commitment to Your Results
We are highly committed to helping you achieve your desired results. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment. We will gladly address and correct the concern at no additional cost.
Appointments & Card on File
To reserve your appointment, a valid card on file is required. Many of our services require a significant portion of our providers’ schedules.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we greatly appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice so we may offer the appointment time to clients who may be waiting.
Same-day cancellations and missed appointments may result in a charge to the card on file.
If you need to cancel on a day we are closed, please contact us via text or email.
Appointment Confirmations
Please confirm your appointment through our automated text system. If we do not receive confirmation prior to your scheduled appointment, it may be released to accommodate other guests.
